Life is full of drama. Come to a Creative Expression Session.

These workshops are a fun space for folks looking to learn about performance, working together, and creative play.

• 8:30 - 10:30am

• Downtown Minneapolis Central Library (1st floor Commons)

Everyone is welcome! People who’ve experienced homelessness are especially encouraged to attend. 

- Workshops are free! Drop in for one or many. No experience required.

- We provide coffee, snacks, and bus tokens. 

- Masks encouraged; please don’t attend if you are sick.

Workshops culminate in an optional Shareformance (sharing/performance) event at 6pm on Wednesday, April 10th. Any participants in the Tuesday workshops are welcome to join in the Shareformance, and the performance is open to the public.

Shareformance rehearsals will typically take place at the library on Thursdays, starting February 8, from 2:30-4:30pm; however, this schedule is subject to change, so if you’re coming for the first time please contact Esther ahead of time to confirm: esther [at] zamyatheater.org / 612.760.4804.

As a thank-you and to support people bringing the lived experience of homelessness, we offer a $10 gift card for each rehearsal, and a $50 Visa gift card for participating in the performance, plus a $50 bonus for attending all rehearsals and the performance (while supplies last).
